Dr Santiago Oliván Bistuer
Dr Santiago Oliván Bistuer is a specialist in Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health. He holds a degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and has a master's degree in Sports Medicine from the University of San Jorge in Zaragoza, Spain, as well as master's degrees in Anaesthesia and Pain Therapies and Gerontological Health from the same university. He has completed specialized studies in rheumatic diseases at the Poal Institute of Rheumatology in Barcelona, Spain, and is a member of the Spanish Pain Society.
He is also an auditor of occupational risk prevention systems certified by the National School of Health in Madrid. He is an expert in occupational safety, ergonomics, and psychosociology. Additionally, he is certified as a Tanatopractor Doctor. Throughout his extensive professional career, he has participated in numerous courses, lectures, and research studies on pain techniques and therapies at medical conventions and conferences.
Currently, he serves as the Medical Director at San Lorenzo Clinic in Ferrol and A Coruña, specialized in Pain Medicine. The clinics offer treatments for chronic back and joint pain (primarily due to disc herniation and degenerative conditions), fibromyalgia syndrome, restless leg syndrome, as well as other associated conditions without medications and without side effects.
